Most common hair issues and their solutions

Hair issues are a common woe we all face due to our lifestyles and the environmental conditions. Fortunately, there are many guides you can use to improve and care for your hair. However, to find the most efficient solution to the problem, you need to be aware of the most common hair problems.

Frizzy hair:

When the hair is styled, it retains its styled shape. However, once it has absorbed enough water to break the hydrogen bonds in the hair, the hair will revert to its pre-styled composition. Hair that has undergone this process is called Frizzy hair. Frizz can also occur in humid environments and in situations where there is a large difference in humidity between indoors and outdoors (a common situation during the winter).

Frizzy Hair Care:

Use the recommended shampoo and conditioner for your hair type. Also, use a Deep Conditioning Mask once a month. It helps seal the cuticle and does not prevent the absorption or loss of moisture.

Dandruff:

If you look over your shoulder and see a lot of small white particles all over your shirt, you probably have dandruff. This condition can be caused by a variety of factors, including poor metabolism, an unhealthy diet, dry scalp, and infections. Dandruff can last a lifetime if you don't try to find a solution to it.

Dandruff Care:

Use an anti dandruff lotion each night and wash it off  while taking a shower. This process allows you to remove existing flakes on your scalp. Next, you need to wash your hair with an anti-dandruff shampoo.

Hair loss:

It is normal to lose 50-100 hairs a day. When you notice a sudden and noticeable increase in your daily hair loss, it's time to look back on the last three to six months of your life.  Hair loss is caused by multiple factors, including stress, hormonal imbalance, and the use of the wrong product. Knowing the cause of hair loss makes it easier to tackle the problem in the right way.

Hair loss Care:

Methods to prevent hair loss include adding high-protein foods to your diet, switching to a mild shampoo, massaging your scalp with warm oil, hydrating, and exercising regularly. It also helps to keep you away from heat styling tools. Finally, if your hair is wet or sweaty, do not tie it up.

Hair damaged by heat:

In a perfect world, in the event that you need to remain solid, treat your hair with an item. Shockingly, a few individuals can be harmed by dishonorable use. Twisting irons are a culminating case of valuable hair items that can cause issues. If the heat is too high, the hair will be damaged, and cutting off that part may be the only solution. Also, avoid excessive use of chemical products. Moderate amounts of shampoo and hair treatment can help avoid potential consequences.

Care for heat-damaged hair:

In addition to using a restorative deep conditioning mask several times before and after the chemical treatment, daily use of a super-restorative shampoo and conditioner will help smooth the cuticle and give the hair a shine. Shine spray and leave-in deep conditioning masks are also helpful.

Tangles and knots:

When the cuticles of the hair are rough and lifted, it engages with the surrounding hair and leads to tangling.

Tangle and knot care:

Wear a hat when riding a bicycle, and a boat. If you don't want to cover your head, apply a Deep Conditioning Mask. This product also helps to remove knots. After applying the mask, use a hard rubber comb with wide teeth. Start combing at the tip of the hair and gradually progress to the root.

Two split ends:

Long hair is especially prone to tearing. These edges experience the most evaporation of water. It is difficult for scalp oil to reach the tips of long hair. Chemical and physical trauma can also lead to split ends.

Split End Care:

It is not possible to handle the split end only temporarily.  Deep Conditioning Mask helps to improve the appearance of the split end until the next shampoo. Split-end trimming is the only long-term and effective way to treat split-ends. Hair lengths vary. First cut off the most prominent edge. These are the longest hair. Then divide the hair into a number of small sections. Wrap each section with your finger. The split ends stick out. Continue this process and gradually trim the split edges.
