Refund policy
RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS AND REFUNDS
We offer all our customers an easy return policy. Returns can be initiated in case of wrong or damaged product(s) received. In such cases, you can raise a return request for the product(s) within 5 business days of receiving the order. We also accept partial returns of the order, wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in your order.
In case of a request for the replacement, it is subject to the availability of the stock and INR 150 will be charged for re-shipping of the replaced products. In case a replacement of the product is not approved by the logistics team, we will deduct INR 300 from the full amount refunded for the return provided.
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
The product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and other accessories or if the original packaging is damaged
The serial Number is tampered with.
Defective products that are not covered under the Seller's warranty
Product is used or altered
If the request is initiated after 7 business days of order delivery

You can expect the receipt of your exchange within 5-7 days.
INR 150 will be charged as shipping and pickup charges in case of an exchange.
INR 300 will be deducted from the total refund amount in case of returns of non-damaged and correct products.
Lost or damaged returns are strictly non-refundable and not eligible for an exchange.
Phimedy reserves the right to change the policy without any prior notice.
