I placed an order but did not get a shipping confirmation. What should I do?

Once your order has been dispatched, You  will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order is shipped. This email shall contain a tracking number that is active within 24 hours. If you don’t receive this mail kindly email us on wecare@phimedy.com

 

When will my order ship?

All orders are processed within 2 - 4 business days and delivered within 7 working days from the date of placing the order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Sometimes a high volume of orders may delay shipments by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. We shall contact you via email or telephone if there is a significant delay in shipment of your order.    

 

What are the shipping charges?

  • FREE Shipping is available on all orders over Rs. 799.
  • To be eligible for cash-on-delivery, your order must be at least Rs 799 in total value.
  • For orders within Mumbai (Urban/Suburban) region that are below Rs. 799, shipping charges of Rs. 99 are applicable.
  • For orders in any other parts of India that are below Rs. 799, shipping charges of Rs. 149 are applicable.

 

How do I cancel my order?

  • If you wish to cancel your order kindly send us an email at wecare@phimedy.com. Our team shall review any applicable refund requests and complete the refund process within 5-7 working days.

  

Can I exchange or change a product once I have placed an order?

  • Unfortunately, we do not permit exchange of products once an order has been placed. If you want to make changes or cancel your order, it can be done only if the package has not been shipped. If you want to make changes to the order, then kindly send us an email at wecare@phimedy.com

 

What is your return policy?

Once a return request is accepted, the process shall be completed within 1-2 weeks. All return and exchange requests shall be subject to checking and vetting by Phimedy.   Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application shall not be covered. 

 

Which are the items that cannot be returned /exchanged?

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
  • Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
  • Serial Number is tampered with.
  • Defective products that are not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty
  • Product is used or altered
  • If request is initiated after 15 business days of order delivery
  • Free product provided by brand

 

What do I do If I have received a defective/damaged product?

Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for a replacement or cancellation and refund.

 

Can I return part of my order?

No.

 

What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?

We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. In case the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please write to us at wecare@phimedy.com  and we'll resolve your issue at the soonest.

 

What if I experience some irritation after using your products?

While all cosmeceuticals are safe, trusted, and FDA-approved, you should stop using the product and get in touch with us on wecare@phimedy.com if they cause irritation or allergy on the skin.
