Shipping, Cancellation, Replacement & Refund Policy
At PHIMEDY, we aim to ensure that every order is delivered safely, correctly, and with complete care. Please read our shipping, cancellation, replacement, and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Shipping Policy
PHIMEDY ships products across serviceable locations in India through trusted delivery partners. Delivery availability and timelines may vary based on the delivery address, pincode serviceability, courier partner availability, and operational conditions.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Charge
For all Cash on Delivery orders, an additional INR 49 COD charge will be applicable per order. This is an order-level charge and may be applied in addition to standard shipping charges and express delivery charges, wherever applicable.
Cash on Delivery availability may depend on delivery location, order value, order verification, and serviceability of our logistics partners.
2. Mumbai Same Day / Next Day Express Delivery
Same Day Delivery (SDD) and Next Day Delivery (NDD) are available in Mumbai serviceable pincodes and will be applied automatically, subject to terms and conditions.

- SDD / NDD will be automatically assigned based on the customer's Mumbai pincode serviceability and order confirmation time.
- Same Day / Next Day Delivery is subject to product availability, payment confirmation, COD verification, address verification, serviceable Mumbai pincode, courier partner availability, weather, public holidays, Sundays, and operational conditions.
- The INR 49 express delivery charge is separate from the standard shipping charge and COD charge, wherever applicable.
- Express delivery timelines are delivery attempts and may vary due to reasons beyond PHIMEDY's control.
3. Order Processing and Delivery
Orders are usually processed after successful order confirmation. In case of Cash on Delivery orders, additional order or address verification may be required before dispatch.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on delivery location, courier partner availability, public holidays, Sundays, weather conditions, operational delays, or other circumstances beyond PHIMEDY's control.
Orders will not be shipped or dispatched on Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day, subject to order confirmation, stock availability, and pincode serviceability.
PHIMEDY will make reasonable efforts to deliver the order within the estimated delivery timeline. However, delays caused by courier partners or external factors will not make PHIMEDY liable for any compensation.
4. Cancellation Before Shipment
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, you may write to us at wecare@phimedy.com.
If the order has not been handed over to the delivery partner, we will cancel the order and initiate the refund after internal order verification. Refunds for approved cancellations will be initiated within 3–5 business days.
5. Cancellation After Shipment
If your order has already been shipped but has not yet been delivered, you may still write to us at wecare@phimedy.com.
If the delivery partner attempts delivery after your cancellation request, please do not accept the order.
Once the product is returned to PHIMEDY by the delivery partner and the order is verified internally, the refund will be initiated within 3–5 business days, subject to approval.
Shipping charges, COD charges, and express delivery charges may not be refunded once the order has been shipped, unless the cancellation is due to an issue from PHIMEDY's end.
6. Return Policy
Due to the nature of skincare, personal care, and hygiene-related products, PHIMEDY does not accept product returns once the order has been delivered.
Products once delivered will not be taken back for return due to reasons such as change of mind, product not required anymore, wrong product selection by the customer, dislike of texture/fragrance, or any other personal preference.
However, if you receive a wrong product, damaged product, defective product, or product with a verified issue, PHIMEDY may offer a replacement or refund after internal assessment.
7. Replacement Policy
Replacement requests will be considered only in the following cases:
- Wrong product received
- Damaged product received
- Defective product received
- Product issue verified by PHIMEDY after internal assessment
To raise a replacement request, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving the order at wecare@phimedy.com.
You may be required to share your order details, product images, packaging images, invoice copy, and unboxing proof if required for verification.
Replacement will be subject to stock availability and approval from PHIMEDY's internal team. If the same product is not available, PHIMEDY may offer an alternative product or refund, depending on the case.
8. Replacement Will Not Be Accepted In The Following Cases
- The product has been used, opened, altered, or tampered with.
- The product is damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or overuse.
- The original packaging, labels, price tags, invoice, freebies, or accessories are missing.
- The product packaging is damaged after delivery.
- The batch number, serial number, or product identification details are tampered with.
- The issue is reported after the allowed request period.
- The product was received as a free gift, sample, offer product, or promotional item.
- The issue is related to personal preference, fragrance, texture, suitability, or expected results.
9. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed only after PHIMEDY completes internal assessment and verification of the order.
Refunds may be approved in the following cases:
- Order cancelled before shipment
- Order cancelled after shipment and returned back to PHIMEDY by the delivery partner
- Wrong or damaged product issue verified by PHIMEDY
- Replacement not possible due to stock unavailability
- Any other case approved by PHIMEDY after internal review
Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 3–5 business days.
For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be processed through bank transfer to the valid bank details shared by the customer through email.
After PHIMEDY initiates the refund, the bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount in the customer's account.
Shipping charges, COD charges, and express delivery charges are non-refundable once the order is shipped or delivered, unless the refund is approved due to an issue from PHIMEDY's end.
10. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product Received
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
Please share the following details:
- Order ID
- Registered Mobile Number or Email ID
- Product Images
- Outer Packaging Images
- Invoice Copy
- Unboxing Video (if available)
PHIMEDY will review the request internally and decide whether the case is eligible for replacement or refund. Please do not dispose of the product or packaging until the verification process is completed.
11. Product and Pricing Information
PHIMEDY attempts to provide accurate product descriptions, product images, pricing, availability, and other information on the website.
However, product images are for representation purposes only and may slightly differ from the actual product due to packaging updates, lighting, screen settings, or other factors.
PHIMEDY does not guarantee that all product descriptions, images, pricing, availability, or other website content will always be accurate, complete, current, or error-free.
In case of any pricing error, technical error, incorrect product information, or availability issue, PHIMEDY reserves the right to cancel the order, correct the information, or contact the customer for further confirmation.
Prices and availability of products may change without prior notice at the sole discretion of PHIMEDY.
12. Policy Changes
PHIMEDY reserves the right to update, modify, or change this Shipping, Cancellation, Replacement and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
The policy applicable at the time of placing the order will generally apply to that order unless changes are required due to legal, operational, or compliance reasons.
